If you have purchased hourly cleaning, we can only guarantee that a team will stay for the specified amount of time. We may not be able to complete all tasks if time runs short. Therefore, if the problem involves the time needed to complete the cleaning service rather than the quality of the service itself, we can only correct the problem if you purchase additional cleaning time.

The house must be completely empty of all belongings before we come to clean.
We charge by the hour for move out cleans as these are nearly impossible to bid on.
Please be aware of when the new owners/renters are moving in so they're not trying to move in when we're cleaning.
